fajita seasoning

Fajita Seasoning
Making your own fajita seasoning is easy, cheap and much healthier as it eliminates maltodextrin, modified corn starch, sugar and artificial ingredients that you find in store bought packets. Yuck!

Measure out all the ingredients for the fajita seasoning (or even double or triple the recipe) and store in a jar or container until you are ready to use. Must sure to give the jar a good shake to mix everything together.

For people who like to be organized, this will also give you a great excuse to use your label maker!

Fajita Seasoning

Ingredients:
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and use 2-3 tbsp per 1 lb of chicken or beef. Store in an airtight container.

I wish I knew where I found this recipe to give them credit but I've had it for awhile and no idea where I found it. Sorry to the original author!
