I'm always looking for ways to enjoy comfort food without all the extra calories and fat. I haven't had french fries in years because of the health factor so when I realized I could bake sweet potato fries at home, they tasted great and it was a healthy option, I was definitely on board. Sweet Potato fries are so delicious you won't even miss regular fries. You can dip them in ketchup or I prefer Greek yogurt and avocado. Yum!
Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:

sweet potatoes (cut into long strips)

1 tbsp
olive oil

1 tsp
cumin
-
1 tsp
paprika
-
salt to taste
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until potatoes are covered well with spices and oil. Place on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Do not overcrowd or place on top of each other.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake an additional 15 minutes on the other side.
