Blueberry Crisp
Servings: 4-6Ingredients:
4 cups blueberries (or any fruit)
Crisp topping:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cut raw, unsalted pecans, halved or chopped
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 maple syrup
1/4 olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together the crisp toppings. Using an 8x8 pan, put berries in the bottom of pan and layer with crisp topping. Bake for 35-40 minutes or longer if fruit was frozen. Topping should be crisp and golden.
Eat it with yogurt for breakfast or ice cream for desert.
